Shipping Policy

How long will my shipment take?  

Orders placed by 1 pm EST generally ship the same day; however, back ordered items or added services such as programming may delay the processing time by up to 5 additional business days. Shipment times will vary based on the shipping address and the rate selected for the order. Please remember that couriers do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays. If you need your order delivered on a Saturday, you can pay an additional $30.00 fee above the Next Day Air rate for this service. Saturday delivery orders must be placed by phone.

Next Day Air is for Next Day delivery (Friday orders will be delivered on Monday)

2nd Day Air is for 2 business days (Friday orders will be delivered on Tuesday)

3 Day Select is for 3 business days (Friday orders will be delivered on Wednesday)

Ground shipping varies according to your location. Below is a map that shows a general representation of shipment time for ground packages shipping from our Maryland warehouse.  

NOTICE: Standard Ground*, Economy, and Promotional shipping estimates are NOT guaranteed during the holidays, bad weather, or emergencies.

How much will shipping cost?  

To calculate shipping cost, add the products you want to your shopping cart on our website, and you will see the area below your items to Calculate Shipping Cost.  Just plug in your Zip Code, select your shipping method, and click calculate shipping.  It will give you live shipping rates and any available shipping options. 

Refused Orders
Customers are responsible for covering the freight cost of the returned package that the carrier imposes, plus the original shipment cost. If the order was placed with a free shipping promotion, the shipping cost we covered for you and the freight cost of the returned package will be charged. There will also be a 25% restocking fee on all refused orders.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based on your item(s) availability, the selected shipping method, and the destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please send us a message from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
