First let me just say I didn't end up buying a scanner but needed to write a review because my experience was fantastic, in todays day and age it was actually unbelievable. I ordered 2 scanners a week or so ago. A lovely gentleman called me a few hours later "just to double check" and make sure I wanted the particular scanners I ordered because they were analog and in my area of Missouri, I would need digital. I couldn't believe someone would do that! I told the gentleman I needed to check with my husband as I am unsure about digital vs. analog and would call him back. Well, I forgot to call him back. Today, a couple days post order and 1st phone call, a second lovely gentleman called me to see if I had figured out which type of scanner I needed as he wanted to get my order processed for me timely. I told him I wasn't sure and it may be a couple of weeks before I could confirm. He cancelled my order for me on the phone and told me to find out whatever I needed and reorder online and if I needed any assistance to call them anytime. Within a couple of minutes I received an email confirming my order cancellations. I will definitely buy my scanner from this company when I find out what I need just because of the customer service. I have never been treated so nicely or had someone be so helpful about a product. This is top-notch customer service! The best I have ever been treated as a customer. I need Police Scanners to start selling all goods and services so I don't have to deal with other companies ever again!
