Quality Product, Great Customer Service Fast Delivery,Great Starter Scanner Capable but complicated Good as they say but just short of Great.

The scanner was being used by an adult with developmental disabilities. When she called for assistance in entering codes, the person on the other end was very patient and walked her step-by-step through what to do! I'm sure it was challenging on both sides of the call, but I was very impressed that the Bearcat Warehouse support folks were kind and patient. That means more than anything! Thank you!

Uniden is a great product, I’m glad I purchased the BC125AT just to listen to first responders as I am one myself. It does a good job with a wide range of analog frequencies. Programming was easy after I watch it on YouTube and utilizing my desktop to program the scanner. Now I just wish I had the budget to buy a digital and analog scanner.

Bo Dunn The scanner came very quickly. It is very capable with a wide range of frequencies but the key sequences are very complicated to program. It has a steep learning curve. After two weeks I still have to keep the manual with me. I would recommend it to a friend.

Stewart Billingsley (Fort Davis, US) The problem I am having with the scanner is the missing Volume and Squelch knobs. Every other scanner radio that I have has one of each, you can set the Volume and Squelch with this radio but it takes getting used to the missing knobs. The radio is small and may not be rugged enough for everyday carry. It is a good scanner, and I enjoy mine. That is my reason for not giving it 5 stars. Thanks
