We were initially unable to get the remote programming to work, so they offered to send me a SD card with the proper programming. So they took the extra step to ensure that I was taken care of!

These people were great.
I told them exactly what programming I was looking for, they verified it could be programmed and 2 days later I am listening to what was ordered. I live in a very rural location and it still works.
