disappointed Solid work! quick turnaround! Lost channels Past capt. fire department.

Kevin Hawley (West Fargo, US) I sent in my Uniden Bearcat BCD996P2 to get reprogrammed. Got it back within a week. Turned it on and it worked great for 4 days. Since then all it scans to is the National Weather Service frequency. Well thats all well and good I can get the weather forecast in many different ways. What I want are the local fire and police frequencies. Help!
