Tommy (Norfolk, US) Radio works great! Bearcat Warehouse preprogram my city's police and fire frequencies and I am glad I had them program my radio. Took the radio out of the box and turned it on and was listening to police and fire within 10 secends. The only concern I have at the moment is the top of the radio gets very warm during use and it doesn't matter if it's running only on the battery or plugged into ac power.

lynn Stevens For the price, I should have figured out what frequencies I want and self programmed. The programming doesn't seem to justify the cost.
