They were very helpful with which one would work in my area. Then programmed it so all you had to do is turn it on.

I've been using the Uniden SBS100 for over two weeks with no issues. I purchased the upgraded antenna and have no issues with reception.

The scanner works great. I wish the battery would last a little bit longer. I will buy an extra battery for it. The county that I work in has now gone all encrypted, which I cannot scan anything from them. Hopefully, the county that I live in does not go fully encrypted they are talking but other than that nice little scanner
