First off to bad these go bad by expanding and breaking cover and the clip. The new battery is working well this is for the SDS100, fast delivery.

The battery is great, looks brand new, came in original packaging. It holds a great charge.
Bearcat Warehouse was the only place I could get the back plate for the extended battery. You will not be disappointed.

Nice to have the larger capacity.
These batteries only last 1.5 to 2 years before needing replacement.
They fail by expanding. This can damage the SDS100 case as it did when the first battery failed by expanding. I caught the second battery as it started to expand before snapping the battery cover retaining clip. The red charge light flashed 10 seconds after plugging in for a charge, I opened the case and the battery expanded.
These batteries are short lifetime. This is the 2nd battery to fail since owning the SDS100 in 2022 and this is 2025.
