Though it was broken

Scanner was preprogrammed for 2 states. When I returned to my home state my hometown wasn’t working thought it was broken. Called bearcat they told me the frequency had changed. Ordered new SD card installed it problem solved. Would highly recommend. Return customer and will be again. Thanks Bearcat

Update scanner simcard

It seems to work fine, it appears as though most of the East valley of Maricopa County have all migrated to a encrypted system (Police agencies) that you can no longer have access too, I was hoping the new card might correct it, but it didn’t, it did add a few other things that I hadn’t noticed before, but everything performed well, scanner works fine. I was mad at the USPS Because it took a full 10 days to get the delivery and I actually work for the USPS. But I love the scanner it out performs anything on the market. I’ve always been happy with bearcat, and I will purchase more products in the future. Thx Kenneth S.Howard

Fast and Accurate

The service was fast and the preprogrammed areas are spot on. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Seems to be working after an initial glitch

Ordered an additional county for my SDS200. On install, screen read “Card Sum Error” when power was turned on. I turned off power and removed the card. Re-installed it and it seems to work fine. I appreciated the software update which was included for the scanner itself.
