SD Card

Always been a pleasure to deal with and I received the card promptly. I was traveling so I did not install it right away. When I installed the card everything seemed to work fine but for some unknown reason the 3 channels I scan the most CT Star Police Troop A Dispatch 1, 2 and Secure were not listed?? I don’t believe I did anything that could have somehow deleted them so I downloaded them my self to the card but they are not working as well as all the CT state police channels that were on the card. If possible if you could send another card with all 3 counties downloaded that would be great vs sending this one back and waiting I would be OK with paying for another 8gb card if need be. I had been meaning to call just got real busy. Thank you

The process was great with great customer service. Not sure the product was worth the cost for my scanner. Not seeing any noticeable improvement.
